Drive out here today. Area looks abandoned. Drive up the road farther to find a nice resort place that seems to have taken all the tourism from the lower half of the area away.
A great place for families/groups. My group had a blast and will for sure come back again. Reasonable prices for the fun. The staff was also quite friendly and seemed happy to help.

This place is a blast. If you feel like modern amusement parks have abandoned real fun in a never-ending pursuit of "safety," you're gonna love this place. It feels like the 1960s here. Some of the rides are old but I've never seen anything like their airplaines – which twist and turn upside-down. The waterslides are great and don't have that annoying lifeguard at the top slowing everything down. This is definitely worth a stop.
